Config Prerequisites

All configuration examples presented in here require the user to have performed all four main preparation steps below

1) Activate your node licenses: You’ll need to have at least two active node licenses to configure two lsfgateway nodes for the given examples. If you haven’t done so yet, please follow the instructions in here to activate your free evaluation licenses.

2) Login to LSF Manager and gain access to your network: To configure and monitor the lsfgateway nodes remotely, you will need to login to the manager web app. If you haven’t already, please follow the Prepare LSF Manager instructions to prepare it.

3) Download and install the LSF Gateway app: Please follow the instructions provided in here to download and run the lsfgateway nodes on your local Linux based devices. For testing, you could run two lsfgateway instances on the same hardware. But for evaluation of the internet transport functionality, the best would be to configure the nodes on two different devices that are located on different locations.

2) Prepare your Account ID and Secret Key and start run the lsfgateway nodes on the devices that you like to use as input and output gateway for your video streams.
